Our Rules

We are serious about safety.

To create the safest environment possible for our patrons, the rules below are DISPLAYED throughout the centre and ENFORCED by our active and engaged staff. If any patron is found breaking Supatramp rules they will first be corrected by our trained staff. If the patron continues to break the park rules, we reserve the right to evict that person from the park.

General Rules for the Park

  • Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. Parents are not permitted to drop off any child under the age of 14 at the centre to be left unattended.
  • All children under the age of 10 must be supervised by an adult over the age of 16 years at all times.
  • All children under the age of 5 must be constantly supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.
  • Unsupervised children will be removed from an activity if the airguard is concerned for their safety.
  • Supervising parents do not need to pay general admission, however any parent found participating will need to pay entry, as well as purchase grip socks.
  • Supatramp grip socks must be worn at all times in accordance with the International Association of Trampoline Parks (IATP) and Australian Trampoline Parks Association standards. Patrons wearing normal/non-grip socks will be asked to purchase the correct socks.
  • No external food or drink are permitted to be brought onto the premises due to Food Safety Act. Due to allergies and anaphylaxis, this rule is strictly enforced. The only exception to this rule is those people making party bookings with a private room, who are able to bring their own birthday cake.
  • Patrons are to act in a responsible manner while using the trampoline and climbing areas, obeying all oral and written warnings.
  • No drugs or alcohol allowed on the premises at any time. Any patron affected by drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave the premises.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron
  • Because we want everyone to have an enjoyable time with us, we ask that all patrons jump within their abilities.
  • Wristband must be shown on patrons at all times.
  • Only one person is allowed to jump on a trampoline at any given time

Trampoline Rules

Our jumping rules are in place to ensure everyone’s safety. All guests must follow rules and follow through with any instructions from airguards, if failure to do so will result in loss of jump for the day.

  • Only one person is allowed to jump on a trampoline at any given time
  • Stick to your limits in your tricks and jump within your ability
  • No food or drink to be taken onto trampolines
  • No jewellery, phones or other objects in pockets (keys, wallets, phones etc)
  • Supatramp grip socks must be worn at all times
  • No wrestling or rough play
  • No double bouncing
  • No double flips
  • Always jump within your ability
  • No climbing the walls or netting
  • Do not use trampoline if you are pregnant, feeling ill or using medication
  • Follow all supervisor instructions

Indoor Climbing Rules

  • Every climber must watch a compulsory safety brief before climbing
  • A climbing harness must be worn at all times
  • No food or drink is to be taken into the climbing area
  • Follow all supervisor instructions
  • At our Wodonga centre, shoes are unable to be worn on the climbing walls (grip socks can be worn)
  • At our Geelong centre, closed toed shoes must be worn in the climbing areas at all times

Supa Slam Rules

  • Stick to your limits in your tricks and jump within your ability
  • Be prepared to share the court and line up
  • Only one person is allowed to jump on a trampoline at any given time
  • No food or drink to be taken onto trampolines
  • No jewellery, phones or other objects in pockets (keys, wallets, phones etc)
  • No climbing the walls or netting
  • Don’t hang off the ring
  • Use the balls sensibly, no throwing at each other, walls or roof
  • Follow all supervisor instructions

Supa Air Rules

  • Perform flips and tricks at own risk
  • Do not land on your feet
  • Only one person is allowed to jump on a trampoline at any given time
  • Know your limits
  • No head first diving
  • Take turns
  • Follow all supervisor instructions

Kid’s Indoor Playground

  • Only children under 130cm permitted, this rule is strictly enforced, we want even our littlest jumpers to enjoy their time with us, so this area is reserved for them
  • Only one child is allowed to jump on a trampoline at any given time
  • Parents remain responsible for their child at all times
  • Be aware of other children playing, particularly near slides or moving pieces of equipment
  • No food or drink on any equipment
  • Follow all supervisor instructions

High Ropes Rules (Wodonga Only)

  • All visitors participating in the High Ropes course must watch a compulsory safety brief before climbing
  • Minimum height of 130cm tall to use the High Ropes walk. Children less than 130cm tall can only use the High Ropes if accompanied by an adult who has purchased an admission
  • Our High Ropes walk harness must be worn at all times
  • No High Ropes walking without being clipped into the belay
  • No passing on an open section of the High Ropes walk
  • Limited to 10 High Ropes walkers at any time
  • Follow Staff instruction at all times
  • No food or drink in the High Ropes area
