Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book online?

We recommend booking your sessions online during our busier times (such as weekends, school holidays and public holidays), to secure your spot and avoid waiting (or missing out!). If you do decide not to book online, you can most certainly pay at reception, however, you run the risk of waiting if the session is full when you arrive. You can book your tickets online here.

Is Supatramp just for kids?

Absolutely not! Supa is for the young, and the young at heart… We offer something for everyone – so whether you’re 3 or 83 – you can join in on the fun!

The only restriction we have is the Kid’s Playground, which is strictly for those under 130cms.

How do sessions work?

Our sessions commence every half hour and run for an hour in duration. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your session to ensure maximum playing time.

Do adults need to pay?

Supervising parents do not need to pay entry, they are welcome to watch and supervise children for free. Any visitor who is actively using equipment will be required to pay entry.

Does a standard pass give me access to everything?

A standard pass gives you access to the entire centre (with the exception of the drop slide in our Geelong complex). This pass does not include grip socks.

Are trampoline parks safe?

Safety is at the forefront of what we do and we know that it’s something lacking within our industry, so we became founding members of the Australian Trampoline Parks Association (ATPA) – a regulatory body that established safety standards within the industry. Everything about our centre – from the layout and development to our staff training and daily procedures – have been established with safety as our number one priority. We are compliant with all aspects of the industry safety regulations, this makes our centre significantly different from many of our competitors – many of whom do not have such safety standards in place.

In a recent study by The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW), which calculated the number of sports injury hospitalisations according to each sport respectively, it was found that injuries resulting from gymnastics/trampolining activities were amongst the lowest recorded. You can read more about our safety here.

We ask that you take the time to read our park rules, whether online or when visiting in store, where our rules are displayed at each activity.

Can I drop my children off and pick them up later?

Children under 14 must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times whilst visiting Supatramp. Parents are not permitted to drop off any child under the age of 14 at the centre to be left unattended.

How old does my child have to be to use the playground?

Our toddler playground does not have an age restriction but is strictly for children under 130cm. We recommend this area is most suitable for children aged under 5.

What are your opening hours?

Monday – Thursday: 10am-5pm
Friday & Saturday: 10am-6pm
Sunday: 10am-4pm

Our opening hours may vary on Public Holidays, you can view the Public Holiday hours for each centre on their respective location page.

Can you book over the phone?

Unfortunately we are unable to take payments over the phone, however, you can call us and one of our friendly team members can walk you through the online booking process.

Can I wear normal socks on the trampolines?

In accordance with Australia Trampoline Parks Association (ATPA) guidelines, trampoline grip socks must be worn on Supatramp’s trampolines at all times. This is a safety requirement and strictly enforced at our centres, therefore regular socks are not acceptable.

Do you need shoes for the climbing walls?

Closed-toed shoes are required for climbing at the Geelong centre, but in all other centres, they are not required.

Do you have lockers?

Customers can use the pigeon holes at Supatramp to store their belongings. We remind people to take extra care of their valuables as Supatramp accepts no responsibility for those which are lost, stolen or damaged within the centre.

Can you bring your own food?

Due to the risks associated with allergies and anaphylaxis, external food and drinks (with the exception of bottled water) are not permitted to be brought onto the Supatramp premises. Visitors who have made a birthday party booking are allowed to bring their own birthday cake, to be contained in their private party room. To ensure the safety of our customers, we are a nut free facility, our café does not contain any trace of nuts and we happily cater for other allergies and intolerances.

Is there a weight limit?

There is a minimum weight of 10kg and a maximum of 150kg in our climbing areas. The maximum weight for our trampolines is 136kg.

Why is the admission price different on weekends, or school holidays?

Our standard rate is applicable on weekends, school holidays and public holidays. We offer discounted midweek specials for toddlers and students from Monday – Friday of the school term, but these are only specials that we offer at our discretion.

Can I redeem gift vouchers online?

Gift Cards (that look like credit cards) with a monetary amount can be redeemed via the website booking system. Unfortunately, due to our point of sale system, only one gift card can be redeemed per transaction, but you can call and use multiple Gift Cards with us over the phone. Our paper Gift Vouchers, with a nominated admission pass, can be redeemed upon arrival at reception. Supatramp Gift cards can also be used in our cafe.
